Frequently asked questions about gastro mentoring

For anyone who wants to open a restaurant, café or food business in Switzerland – and for founders in the first years of their gastro business who want to improve and grow. It is also a good fit if you are new to the Swiss market.

The exploratory call (30 minutes) is free. The first mentoring session costs CHF 397 and lasts 90–120 minutes. If we continue with an ongoing mentorship programme, you receive an individual quote based on your needs.

As a mentor, I share my own knowledge and experience from building Simply Soup in Zürich – you bring the agenda and the questions. A coach guides you more closely towards your goals and keeps you accountable.

What I offer is mentoring: practical, hands-on advice from a restaurateur who built her own business in Zürich. Many clients come to me looking for gastro consulting or coaching – in our sessions we work on the same questions (concept, menu costing, location, staff, suppliers, growth), but you stay in the driver’s seat. If you need a full consulting project or a coach, I connect you with trusted specialists from my network.

Sessions are available in English, German, Spanish and Russian.

Financing guidance is not part of my mentoring. Through my network I can connect you with business consultants, gastro brokers, lawyers and other specialists.

Yes. Cancellations up to 24 hours before the session are fully refunded; after that, the session is non-refundable.
