Mentoring, consulting or coaching?

Many people who need help with their restaurant search for a gastro consultant or a restaurant coach. Here is how my mentoring compares:

Consulting: a consultant analyses your business and delivers a concept or solution for you, usually as a paid project.

Coaching: a coach guides you closely towards your goals and keeps you accountable along the way.

Mentoring: as your mentor, I share the practical knowledge I gained from building Simply Soup in Zürich – from concept and menu costing to locations, staff, suppliers and growth. You bring the agenda and the questions; I give you honest, hands-on advice from someone who has done it. If you need a full consulting project or a coach, I can connect you with trusted people from my network.
